Zoomers in Motion

NEW CLASS starts Monday, September 9th. Seniors, keep your independence by participating in our 45 minute "Zoomers in Motion" class. This low-impact workout will help you ease into fitness. Focus is on MOBILITY, RANGE OF MOTION, and BALANCE, resulting in a better quality of life. Senior drop in $7 per visit // Senior membership $30/mth *based on year term.
