GRIT Fitness Fix & Leader Board Challenge

A strength and conditioning program that scales all levels of fitness. Get yourself on the Onyx Leader Board during the first 10 minutes of class by participating in various challenges that change from week to week! Next, join in for 30 minutes during this intense boot camp that includes high-intensity interval training, weight lifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other disciplines. It is a class that is constantly changing and promotes functional movement. Once you experience this class - you'll be hooked for good!

Young Athletes of Onyx

Here's a chance for home schooled youth and pre-teens, ages 8-14, to work with a certified trainer for 40 minutes, learning the basics of weight training. What to expect: Increased performance, improved coordination, learn fundamental movement skills, injury prevention and a fun and safe environment. All levels welcome! Spin & Core

What a great way to start off your weekend! This class is a great combination of stamina building spin, and core strengthening. You will spend 30 mins on the bikes, working through resistance, RPMs, and interval training drills at a moderate intensity. The remainder of the class will focus on core specific exercises to strengthen your abdominals and back, and help improve your posture.
